“When I went to Germany, I visited Münster where my grandmother grew up before she and her family fled to Israel in 1933. For my video performance, I decided to go beyond my personal story and investigate the city’s collective memory. That’s when I found the location of the Zwinger, an execution site known for using water torture during the Nazi era.”
