After a year-long research trip to Latin America, Albertine de Galbert decided to create ARTESUR, a non-profit dedicated to Latin American contemporary art. Albertine is also the french advisor for La Fabrique des images, a residency program developed between Mexico and France by the Instituto Francés de América Latina in Mexico. Albertine has also curated exhibitions in galleries across Europe, such as the ADN Gallery in Barcelona and Palais de Tokyo in Paris.
